We go to a lot of trouble to source the great ingredients that make our dishes special. If Ma and Pa at home can recreate our food we have failed. We are now benefiting from the nurturing of relationships with the best producers from all over the country and beyond. These producers understand the high standards required and get a kick out of playing their part in contributing to our guests’ dining experiences. We are always on the lookout for new, innovative producers. Our guests deserve a dish that they can savour, and be inspired by.
